On tap at brewpub in Chambly, Quebec, Canada, where all the beers pour clear and taste clean and fresh. This beer pours clear amber-orange with an off-white head and lacing. Aroma: malt, some mint. Flavor: muddled mint leaves, black pepper, brown sugar, gin spiciness. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied. The mint is subdued, which is nice, but it was still a bit too much of it for me. punkska101 (2151) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2013

Sample on tap at Bières et saveurs (Chambly). Pours clear amber with white head, quickly diminishing. Taste: mint and gin. Aroma: mint, gin, and hoppy finish. Excellent balance (especially with mint). Medium bodied and carbonation. Orignal beer, worths a try. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 3, 2012
Draft at brewpub. Warm amber, slight haze, stable head. Aroma of light peppermint and cookie. Light palate, but long. Molasses and mint cookie. Could use more body and malt depth but it is fun and well made. I appreciate its subtlty.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2010 On tap at Bebondaine. The color is copper with a thick beige head. The aroma has mint in it but much more of malt. The taste is of mint, hops berry fruits and the sweetness of malt. This is different as beers go but very pleasant. jredmond (8648) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 9, 2010
BQ2010. Sampled on Draft at Bedondaine et Bedons Ronds. This is the only brew that really stood out and kicked me in the face. Mint taste is so strong that is like drinking scope. As disgusting as that sounds... this beer was inventive and interesting - although the flavors were not inviting multiple pints.
