Beer pours a dark hazed gold colour with a half inch white head. Aroma is banana, cloves, and rust. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium application. Firmer than most Hefes. The flavour is earthy, peppery, with wheat and citrus.
Not bad. They tried a good stab at this one at least. Pours cloudy yellow with good head and lacing. Great lacing. Smell has banana and a little coriander. Taste comes off lightly, not a huge palate but there’s a little presence at least. Alright for stye.

Pale yellow gold pour with a thick white head. The aroma is quite spicy and clovey with a restrained sort of banana ester flavour as well. Wheaty but also a little bit fruity - light bodied. It's not a great Hefe but it's not terrible either.

Very malted and the feeling it is the malt adding to the mouthfeel. The wheat is subordinated. Anything to keep the wheat from any sour notes. Lacey. Not so much the style still a decent drinking beer. jercraigs (10651) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 19, 2012
2012-09-14. Very hazy dark pastel yellow with a modest white head. 3+ Flavour is pleasant, fairly yeasty and estery, light bitterness, very light spice quality, muted banana esters. 7+ Mild aroma, yeasty, light spice/clove, muted banana if I look for it? Average plus to medium bodied palate suits it well. 3+ A bit overly sweet, like many of their beers, but a pretty solid take on the style. One of the best on offer tonight. Aroma: true German wheat profile. Clean with slight citrus, slight phenolic hints . No off notes.
Appearance: hazed gold with medium plus white top.3+.
Palate / Taste: medium bodied. Frontal softness paired with mild tartness. Mellow mid. Hint of sea salt was unexpected. Easy going weizen.
Draught at the brewery, Sept. 14. Pours a very hazy yellow with a small diminishing bubbly white head. Aroma of sugar and bananas along with wheat, grain, some bubblegum and light herbs. Flavour is sugary sweet along with some banana and light herbs. Average bodied. Not my thing, too sweet for me.
