Tap at Mendocino Ale House in Ukiah, CA, Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is rather honey and fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is clearly honey - a bit spicy to me - with some floral and malt. Finishes far less than dry, but not exactly sweet. Definitely honey in the finish. jandd1983 (4544) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - OCT 7, 2013
It poured a golden/orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of malts and honey. The taste was similar. The rose hips were not noticeable. Average. mar (5436) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Pale gold, white head. Nose is water, light honey, and faint rose. Watery palate, stale malts, cardboard, honey, sweet finish. RobertDale (6755) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - AUG 11, 2013

Hazy orange pour. Not much aroma--a bit of floral character. Flavor is kind of like a cream soda with a sharp, slightly unpleasant finish. Eh.

Bottle - from Ale in the Mail. Medium golden color - cloudy. Mostly clean aroma but can definitely smell the honey. OK. Pretty average amber beer flavor with a honey aftertaste. Don’t notice the rose hips.
