Bottle poured into a tulip glass, pours golden with a small white head, quickly disappears leaving little lacing. Nose is citrus, soap, pine. Taste is also soapy and slightly bitter. Goes down pretty smooth. This beer is something between pale ale and IPA, good though.

Bottle pour. Golden orange color, not much head. Light hop aroma, slightly sweet. Taste is mildly hoppy balanced by some malty sweetness. I’m not a hop head and this is a very nice beer. Nice taste. Nero55 (944) - Nevada, USA - AUG 5, 2013
Bottle. Light copper with small white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, and floral hops with notes of caramel. Light body with hop bitterness upfront, some sweetness and a mineral/copper aftertaste. Godofthecellar (678) - NYC, New York, USA - JUL 22, 2013
Smell was overwhelmingly soapy which dominated nose, taste and palate.

Bottle poured light copper with small white head that disappeared quickly. Mostly malt aroma with hints of caramel. Light herbal hop aroma. Tastes about the same mostly malty sweet, with a grain flavor. Little citrus hop flavor, good bitterness. Tastes very similar to chilled IPA wort right out of the kettle.

Draft. Poured medium amber with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor were mildly hoppy, some caramel malt, nice sweet/bitter balance. Not particularly distinctive but solid. Best thing I’ve had from BE yet.
