Cask, Leicester Fest 13. Golden with a bubbly foam. Aromas are cereal and caramel with lemon and yeast. Biscuit with oak and peppery notes. Flavours are dry and woody with bitter lemon. Grassy with light floral honey. Dry to finish. Not bad. Leighton (22027) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2013
Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white cap. Doughy biscuit aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor with big, doughy and biscuity malts, faint straw, cereal. Light bodied with fine carbonation. White bread character to finish, dough, white sugar, light bitterness. Sweet, simple. maeib (8751) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2013
Cask conditioned handpump Craft Beer Co N1 London 15/02/13. A golden beer with a white bubbly head. A bit sickly sweet to be honest. Honeyed notes. Not my thing. A bit of a struggle, and unpleasant to my palate. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - FEB 20, 2013
Bottle from Sourced St Pancrass. Hazy orange body with puffed up head. Nose is citrus, honey, oranges. Taste is also fruits, malts, some caramel, hops. But then gets quite spicy and sharp in the finish. Less balanced than I would have hoped for.

Pepper, pear drops and pine needles. Alliterative beer, how poetic. Brad’s in goal. Football can be poetic, but not this game. I’m a geek. Two beer night, tonight. Bish knows what’s next... DanielBrown (4528) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 4, 2013
Hand pulled at the Pear Tree, Kings Heath, Birmingham. Strikes me as a classic pale ale. Bitter, slightly pithy. Fresh and crisp dans le gob. Easy to drink, with hops reminiscent of UK stylee. jmgreenuk (9863) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - DEC 24, 2012
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Pours a cloudy yellowish straw colour with a thin glass hugging head. The aroma is quite amazing. It’s fruity with a gorgeous chewy toffee nose. The flavour is ever so slightly sour with pine needles. This is a super refreshing beer and another classic from Beer Geek. foxo82 (923) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2012
Cask at Birmingham Beer Festival 2012. Golden ale. Lemon hops aroma with hoppy citrus taste and tang. Bittersweet finish. So so. Drinkable.
