There is not much foam on the triple. It offers fragrant aromas of coriander and citrus. In the taste occurs nutmeg, coriander, light citrus and orange peel. Hop bitterness is high for a triple, and actually I had determined that it should pull the credits down. But when Christian S. Andersen (Brewmaster) already in its presentation of Beelzebub (at Beer Here’s website) clarifies that he has used larger amount of hops than type accuracy permits, so I do not think I can be fair to use the claim. After all I have not done my research well enough. And the triple keeps its promises: For a somewhat hoppy triple, stop all the excuses about incorrect type ... We were warned in advance! Golden amber of color with a white head. An aroma of fruits, spice and hops. A flavor of spice, hops, sweets, dry and sweet/dry finish. MPA (999) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - DEC 25, 2009
Nice golden amber with a fine, off white head. Yeast, fruit, some dirt, a little vegetable, grape and hops hits the nose. Sweet flavour of syrup. Surprisingly soft with a dense fruitiness but also with a refreshing carbonation and a good, immediate bitterness. Also ome grape and peach. Nice beer with plenty of complexity.

Bottle. I like trippels a lot when they are well done, else they tend to get cloying. And this is one of the best I´ve tried, I can only recall Tripel Karmeliet matching this beer.
Dark golden colour with small long lasting off-white head. Aroma initially hopps (cascade ?), and hen fruits, apples, sugar, nice.
Taste sweet malty some alcohol burn and some underlying bitterness in taste and finish. A complex and nice beer. yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2009
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2009 Bottle. The beer pours a hazy, orange body topped by a finger-thick off-white head. There’s oranges, spices and pale malts in the aroma. Flavorwise it’s quite sweet, with pale malts in the back, and spices, oranges and resins up front. Some alcohol as well. Full-bodied, warming and dryish bitter, finish with a nice bitterness and alcohol warmth. A really nice, hop-driven tripel. 090619 jkwalking05 (4743) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 7, 2009
