Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, light heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, licorice, dry, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.Very good for the ABV. 
50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small orange glare with a small off-white head. Aroma is distinct citrusy and grassy to grapefruity hoppy. Roasted malty, distinct fruity and bitter. Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma has strong notes of hops lending it notes of cats piss and citrus, as well as notes of caramel and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, malt, and hops, the latter lending it notes of cats piss, leading to a very bitter finish. Draft @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber ruby color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy peachy grapefruit aroma. Slightly roasted malty hoppy licorice flavor with hints of peach and grapefruit. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter licorice finish.

BF 2011. Deep rubyish amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma is a bunch of fruity and floral hops along with some mild dark dry fruits and slight toasted notes. Flavour is wood, caramel, mild toasted notes as well as some slight grassyness.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy dark brown, small head. Aroma of grapefruit, prickly pears and lychee. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. 14th December 2010. At the Euston Tap with Harrisoni. Bottle. Clear dark brown beer with a frothy off white head. Very piney nose. Very light airy palate. A light touch of dark malt with just a whisper of roastiness. Pney hops, mild. Finishes creamy and dry. Nicely joined up Black IPA.
