COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle @ lfestival, Valby, 2009.
Pours completely black with a small, creamy, beige film head. Aroma is sweet, very powerfully roasted, some chocolate and a slight bit vinious. Nice creamy and slightly grainy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, some fat maltiness. Light bitter, lightly burning alcohol. Coffee, chocolate and a flowery finish. A bit too much alcohol to be really good.

My 2700th rating. 25cl bottle at KBH-Festival, 2009. Waaauw. This kind of reminds me of nogne s, dark horizon 1st. edition. Pours pitch black with a creamy brown head and lacings. Oily, slick, vinous, smooth and phat palate. Lots of coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Well balanced and overall just very complex and tasty. Alcohol well hidden considering its 16%. Lovely!

Rating # 4 from the danish beer festival 2009. Pitch black and oily looking with no head. Extremly sweet and malty aroma with notes of honney and roasted malts. Flavor is again a strong mix of roasted malts and heavy sticky sweetness. Nice experience!

jesperhammer (4552) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2009
15-May-2009 Bottle at lfestivalen. Black and wild. Mild stout, creamy. Bitter, asphalt, delicious, full. This is the last beer at lfestivalen, and an appropriate way to end. The next day I find my glass, and put my nose in it, and the loveliest chocolate, charamel smell comes up:-)
