Draught (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Dark brown in colour. Toffee, nuts and pine in the aroma. Malty, nutty and moderately bitter taste with notes of grapefruit, toffee and walnuts standing out.

Aroma: Smelling of burned candy sugar, raisins, dates and honey.
Appearance: A clouded chestnut brown beer, a tan head with some lacing and curtains.
Taste: Starting with burned sugar and crust, oatmheeal porridge, ripe apples with honey and nuts. A chemical bitterness.
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, oily, a medium body and a short dry finish.
Overall: Very much burned sugar in this, almost too much.

Tap @ Bishops Arms, Cph. Pours brown amber with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma is mild, caramel, chocolate, yeasy, pine. Medium carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, toasted caramel, milky chocolate. Good malty and grassy bitterness in the finish.

Draught at BA Avenyn, Göteborg. Cloudy brown with creamy head. Boatloads of diacetyl (rather butter than toffee) in aroma. Everything else is masked. Flavourwise caramel is noted but the diacetyl dominates totally. A real mistake.
