COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draft. An amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma has strong notes of NW hops - is it Magnum? As well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of hops - again Im thinking NW hops combined with some Nelson Sauvin, on a strong caramel/toffee back ground, and with the alcohol combining with the hops to bite the tongue, before the long lasting and very bitter finish sets in.

Bottle 66 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a dense shaving foam style white and lacing head. Very perfumy hoppy nose. Medium body with some fruits but otherwise completely dominated by a solid dose of high alpha aroma hops ading pine and grapefruit and leaving a massive bitterness. Delicious. 110909

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2009 Bottled at rebro l- och Whiskeyfestival. Hazy amber, small airy head. Sweaty lychee aroma. Sweet and medium-full bodied with well rounded mouthfeel and low carbonaion. Soft doughy malt is the foundation for an onslaught of hops giving a tropical fruit flavour and a powerful but unassaulting bitterness.
