Draught @ Globen, Cph. Reddish coloured. Unclear. Light brown almost non existent head. Sweetness, light sourness, cookie, fruits and berries in the aroma. Flavour is similar. Loads of berries, sourness and grape. Is quite vineous. Surprisingly well balanced. Mediu to full bodied. Sweetish and grapish end. Quite interesting experiment. Draught. [Beer festival 2009] Small bubbly almost beige like head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of fruity and citrus notes. Over the palate came a hint of mild berries and a hint of wine like notes with a twist of caramel in there as well. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet and acidic flavor. Fruity tart like finish.
