50cl, new Danish brew Anno 2008, thx to Jeppe!, complex bitter brew, yet easy to drink, balanced, clear, small head, good X-Mas brew, but expensive

Bottle, home, thanks Papsoe! Massive lacing, great orange texture, excellent aroma of grapefruit, candy. Sweet malts, oranges, peaches, grapefruit, excellent bitterness, very fruity finish. Really great double IPA. How do I get more Beer Here?

500 ml bottle. Rated @ 28.11.2009.
Pours a cloudy amber colour with a medium sized white head. Classic IPA-like aroma with citrus, fruits, grass and of course hops. Saltness on the nose too. Same elements on the flavour. Medium bodied, a bit watery texture and soft carbonation. Nothing special here.

6th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy gold-amber beer. Not much head. Crisp dry palate. Fresh tart grapefruit - orange hop. Not overly bitter. Finishes dry and crisp with an aftertaste of more of the same. Nice.

Bottled (brewed at Sogårds Bryghus, BB 06/2010)
Thanks to sayravai for this one! I am drinking this XMas in the longest day of the year :)
Slightly hazy orange color, good creamy off-white head. Aroma is resiny hoppy bitter with hints of grains and rye. Good malty body. Sticky fruity American style hoppyness, but palate is quite mellow. Lychee, pineapple juice. Tasty, maybe finish is already a bit watery (compared to other parts).

On Tap at Plan B, Copenhagen 09/05/2010 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and fruity with a grapefruit flavour. A little dryness in a crisp malt finish.

[email protected] B, Copenhagen. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, grassy and also has some mild spiced notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Very nicely balanced Xmas seasonal.

Draught (Plan B, Copenhagen) - Hazy amber in colour. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit, peach and toffee. Hoppy taste with grapefruit, toffee and some soapy hints.

jesperhammer (5017) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2010
07-MAY-2010, @Beerfestival.dk. Served far too cold, and it is only bitterness in the beginning, but that sort of changes along the way as it warms. Very IPA’ish, not very X-mas-like. Very bitter, very nice.
