Bottle, 11%. Very nice fat cherry aroma with a distinct acidity. Smells quite sweet, has a lot of oak to it, too. Muddy, very dark red and grey colour. Fizzy, very unstable head. The flavour is nicely sweet, cherryish and acidic. The bitterness in the finish seems to come from the cherries, perhaps the pits, and is a bit rough, tannic. Smells very good, and a very good effort. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 2, 2009

Dark amber color. It has a clear cherry character, in the aroma and flavor, with a nice wood touch; and that’s pretty all, even if the beer is quite pleasant.
25cl bottle @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours and deep amber with a reddish hew and a small collapsing white head. Nose is fantastic. Sour and sweet. Cherries, almond and wood. Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing light brown fluffy head. Hazy very dark brown body. Powerful aroma of vinaegar and cherries. Flavor though far from being as sharp as the vinegar aroma indicated. Cherries also in the flavor but wood and marcipan ad up to the feeling of a very vineous and pleasant beer with low carbonation and a long aftertaste. charlotte (5414) - rødovre, DENMARK - FEB 14, 2009
