COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Hops unite the best from the American and British traditions in ale brewing. With a complex malt profile and a solid foundation of floor malted Maris Otter barley malt, this beer is intensely spiced with some of the most expressive American hops.

Light amber in color with a pungent aroma of grape fruit, hay and oranges leading to a smooth palate with light breadiness and slight sweetness balancing the hops bitterness, which lingers in the back of the mouth.

Ingredients: Maris Otter Pale malt, Wheat malt, German and British caramel malt, Belgian Special B dark caramel malt, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook hops. American yeast. 40 IBU.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with some haze and a mediumsized white fluffy head that leaves good lace. Aroma is caramel malts, citrus, some floral notes with also mild nectar and not-too-sweet honey. Flavour is tropical fruits, citrus, some nectar, mild honey as well as some zesty and grassy notes. And all this with a nice crispy maltiness to it. Smooth and refreshing. Very good thirst quencher.
