COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Hops unite the best from the American and British traditions in ale brewing. With a complex malt profile and a solid foundation of floor malted Maris Otter barley malt, this beer is intensely spiced with some of the most expressive American hops.

Light amber in color with a pungent aroma of grape fruit, hay and oranges leading to a smooth palate with light breadiness and slight sweetness balancing the hops bitterness, which lingers in the back of the mouth.

Ingredients: Maris Otter Pale malt, Wheat malt, German and British caramel malt, Belgian Special B dark caramel malt, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook hops. American yeast. 40 IBU.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr aromatisch duftend nach exotischen Früchten, sehr hopfig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, exotische Früchte, sehr lecker!

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy dark amber colour with a lasting thick cream head. A little resiny on the aroma. Then the flavour is really quite remarkable. An explosion of fruit. Grapefruit. Very tasty. Light in the mouth. And it disappeared quickly which suggests I really liked it. Light, fruit some bitterness. Just delightful and made me feel happy. Lovely beer. Just the grapefruit and melon is just so attractive.

On tap at Patricks. An unclear one, yellow to golden in color and with a dense, two-finger white head. Wonderful curtains. The aroma has a faint ginger hint, with grapefruit, resins and a faint touch of pale malts. Quite bitter in the mouth, with flavors of pine cones, peaches and some pine cones. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Lasting fruity and bitter finish. Pretty pleasant and easy drinkable. 131029

My rating # 12300. Bottle @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours cloudy orange with a White head. Freshness. Top fresh and fruity hops with notes of pine, strawberry, grapefruit, pineapple and citrus. Bitter, dry and Crisp flavor with a lasting bitterness. Still one of the best breweries In Denmark but highly underrated.

330ml bottle (Kitty’s, Helsinki)
Vague hoppy aroma, sweetish malts. Has all the dullness I associate with beers described as APAs. I’d even go as far as saying it’s dishwatery in the mouth. However it’s cold. A little bit of warming and swirling later, and it’s a much more spicy - sweet and zesty, cut mixed peel. Quite thin and fizzy palate. Easily drinkable, but dull, and way below what I expect from Beer Here.

Bottle, 5.5%. Good piney hop aroma. Hazy amber colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is also piney, has a little caramelly hoppiness. Medium bitterness, grapefruity, pleasant and clean.
