COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

On tap at SBWF 2011. It poured a foggy dark golden liquid with a smal white head. Smell and taste of crawfish, dill and some yeast and esters. Smooth and medium thick body. Fresh but I have a hard time with the sorachi that I strongly relate to crawfish. Besides that it’s an interesting combo.

larsniclas (7194) - Billdal, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2011
Sampled at CBF11 Hazy golden. Peppery aroma with some tropical fruits. Sweet and sugary flavour. Tropical fruits here aswell.

skortila (5972) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 13, 2011
@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma is fruity, malty citric. Hazy, orange coloured beer with a slight off-white head. The taste is juicy, has some caramel, citrus, smooth maltiness. Nice.

ClubGonzo (5684) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 7, 2011
Tap sample @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. This is perhaps the most anticipated label on my behalf on this festival; how was Christan Skovdal Andersen gonna pull this one off? Turned out he was gentle enough though; as always the Beer Here brewmaster’s designs balance on the fine edge of profanity and hilarious cultural sarcasm. I’m just waiting for that Mohammed beer depicting the prophet on the label (probably in the midst of a dozen harem babes) but maybe Mr. Andersen isn’t ready to be bombed quite yet. Ah, the rating. I was carried away there. Clear orange-golden body, small white head. Nose is wine gum, massive tones of bubble gum and hints of grass and grapes. Taste is blowing the bubble gum further (is that the mess on the guy on the label’s hat and suit, perhaps?) flanked by a bit of yeast, grapes and sweet white wine. Hints of sperm in the aftertaste. (Sorry, just HAD to. :-P) Original and fun as a concept, but this beer is really not my style.

jesperhammer (4875) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 30, 2011
27-MAY-2011,draft @Copenhagen Beerfestival. Cloudy light amber with off-white head. Sweet, sticky, fruity, yeasty. Sweet apples and more fruit. Hmm! A bit strange to me.

Palme (4817) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 1, 2011
Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011 from a 0.5l bottle. Pours a cloudy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite malt-sweet, citrus, yeasty and some perfumed fruits. Body is medium, average carbonation and has an oily mouthfeeling. You can taste the yeast next to some spices and hops. Ends with a small alcohol finish and a almost herbal and light dry aftertaste. Choose not to write to much about the name of this brew, but at least if some one asks, I can now say that I’ve tasted bukkake. hmmm...

3.6
Habanero (4803) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2011
Tap @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Slightly hazy, pale amber body with a smal, off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of lemon, coconut and yeast. Sweet flavor with mango, lemon, coconut and spices. Medim bodied, oily texture and average carbonation. Ends up more dry with a little bitterness. A complex and exotic brew

3.1
