COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours an unclear and amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel and notes of fruit. The flavor follows the nose with additional yeast. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Tap. Pour Hazy orange med white head. Spicy aroma of cloves, honey-like sweetness and exotic, citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay and grass and exotic fruits. Dry and bitter finish with a long "green" aftertaste.

Defreni (3214) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2011

Svårdefinierad men god.

RasmusOtt (2761) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2011
Pours hazy golden/orange with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, dark fruits, banana, bread, tropical fruits, wheat and freshness from the hops. Taste add some more tropican notes (peach, pineapple, banana, orange) some caramel aswell, light bread, hops and with a dry mouthfeel.

TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2011
Draught. Pours a pale amber. Dry, medium bodied, medium bitterness. Hoppy, spicy taste, quite fruity, caramel, apricots, lots of herbal notes from the Sorachi. (2011-10-08)

rarbring (2294) - Linköping, SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2013
Aroma: The smell is very spicy, cumin, fennel, dill but also hay, grass. Actually smell like the Swedish variant of boiled crayfish with dill.
Appearance: The beer is clouded amber, an off-white frothy head, leaves some lacing.
Taste: The taste starts with bread and toffee, then it’s all these rather uncommon spice associations, and the crayfish.
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and smooth texture, a good body and a dry finish(!).
Overall: The beer is a collaboration between Beer Here and Raasted. And really a good experiment. Plenty of Sorachi Ace.
Note: Cask at De Klomp. Reviewed 2011-05-07.

Dazz3 (1798) - Hallsberg, SWEDEN - JUN 3, 2011
7/10 i mörkhet. Friskt fruktig i doften. Frisk, lite fruktig och ganska söt i smaken. Besk och söt i eftersmaken.
