COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

(tap 19 /08 - 2011) <mobile > unclear yellow, some bitterness, medium body, its a plus that Christian has used a hop that isnt very used in northern Europe.

phredrik (1024) - Copenhagen (formerly Aalborg), DENMARK - JUL 18, 2011
Tap @ Fairbar, Århus. Pours unclear copper, not much head. Aroma has lots of sorachi ace characteristics, spicy, dill and orange being the most obvious,, saison quality to the yeast, fresh and flowery. Malts are a bit of caramel and straw-like. Taste is spicy sorachi, orange, lime, a rather solid malt body with a hint of bread crust. The yeast and the hops don’t play together as well in the taste as in the aroma.

Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2012
Tap 30 cl. Clear golden beer with an orange glow and a small white head. Slightly fruity aroma of malt and hops with notes of vanilla and coconut. The taste is sweetish after malt with notes of exotic fruit. Dry and bitter in taste and aftertaste

Draught at Bishop arms - Marina. Helsingborg, October 2011.
Golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aromas of sweet candy, caramel, syrup, herbs and grainy cookies. It’s almost sharp. The taste is soft with an interesting hop flavour. Some esters, apples herbs. Other then that more cookies and creamy malts. Weird!

On tap @Macche. It’s pure malt! Full bodied and it has a cloudy dark red colour. Not so easy to drink. Anyway, it’s very good. The finish is bitter and yeasty.

Koyo (251) - SWEDEN - OCT 9, 2011
Sample at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2011. Sorachi Ace is without a doubt the weirdest hop there is. The aroma is sweet, bubblegum sweet, with loads of blackcurrant, how is that even possible? Tastewise the beer is quite dull, sweet and just a slight hint of bitterness but it seems out of balance since both the malts and the hops provide sweetness rather than being on opposing sides. Funny name though.

Bottle. Pours a golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste are yeast, smoke, malt, hops and notes of fruit. The name - really?!
