COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Et Raasted / BeerHere collaboration brew.

Aroma: The smell is very spicy, cumin, fennel, dill but also hay, grass. Actually smell like the Swedish variant of boiled crayfish with dill.
Appearance: The beer is clouded amber, an off-white frothy head, leaves some lacing.
Taste: The taste starts with bread and toffee, then it’s all these rather uncommon spice associations, and the crayfish.
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and smooth texture, a good body and a dry finish(!).
Overall: The beer is a collaboration between Beer Here and Raasted. And really a good experiment. Plenty of Sorachi Ace.
Note: Cask at De Klomp. Reviewed 2011-05-07.

En annorlunda öl som jag upplevde den. Smak och doft av ace och sorachihumle, karmell, en aning exotisk frukt, mango, belgisk jäst. Kryddig med en behaglig beska. Svårdefinierad men god.

Tap @Monks Porter House. Hazy orange color. Nice white head. Very fresh hoppy aroma. I’ve never drink beer full of so much sorachi ace hops. New feeling and I like it. I like it!

?Tap (Monks Porter House, Stockholm)
Super sorachi ace aroma - pina colada. Pleasant palate. Very sorachi ace oriented taste too. Weird, and only slightly wonderful. A touch alcoholic. A bit sticky and drying. I’m not a fan of sorachi ace particularly, and this doesn’t excite me.

Tap 30 cl. Clear golden beer with an orange glow and a small white head. Slightly fruity aroma of malt and hops with notes of vanilla and coconut. The taste is sweetish after malt with notes of exotic fruit. Dry and bitter in taste and aftertaste

Draught at Bishop arms - Marina. Helsingborg, October 2011.
Golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aromas of sweet candy, caramel, syrup, herbs and grainy cookies. It’s almost sharp. The taste is soft with an interesting hop flavour. Some esters, apples herbs. Other then that more cookies and creamy malts. Weird!

Draught. Pours a pale amber. Dry, medium bodied, medium bitterness. Hoppy, spicy taste, quite fruity, caramel, apricots, lots of herbal notes from the Sorachi. (2011-10-08)

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A minimal sized off-white head sits on top of a mostly clear, golden body. The aroma is malty sweet in the back, with citrus, orange, pineapples and a sugary feeling like that from a can of fruits. Sweet and fruity, with peaches, some pinecones and resin, pleasant bitterness. Dry and medium bodied, finishing fruity and bitter. This kind of bukkake can enter my mouth, I like it. 110527
