Bottle. Dark brown, very small and fully diminishing light brown head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aromas, roasted malt some smokiness and faint licorice. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, roasted malt, some coffee and faint licorice. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, roasted malt, some coffee and bitter hoppyness, faint licorice. Sweetish porter with some roastiness (no bacon) and coffee. Bit too sweet and could use more hoppyness to balance the sweetness and coffee. Skinnyviking (9644) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2011

(Rating #6900) Bottle… Pours a cloudy dark brown with a small, creamy, khaki head. Good retention. The bouquet presents smoky caramel and milk chocolate with a little splash of amaretto. Full-bodied and chewy with faint carbonation. The flavor is smoky and quite burnt and roasty. Leans bitter. Tangy, lightly roasty finish. Bottle courtesy of Plovmand!
