COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Light golden, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, some citrus and spiciness with fruitiness. Body is light to medium, malty lightly wheaty and dryish flavor, spiciness and some citrus . Finish is average, malty lightly wheaty and dryish, lots of sharp spiciness. Aroma and flavor are not in balance too much sharp spiciness in the finish.

Bottle. Mild phenol estery aromas. Haze morning urine. Small head but good carbonation and medium body. Its very fresh. Some yeast flavours. Enjoying it with pate-cucumber/sausages -redpeber sandwich. At first it looked like Hitler on the label but Tintin with a bear are more likely.

Copenhagen beer festival. Cloudy gold beer. Plenty of bubblegum in this wheat beer, but not cloying. Somewhat spoily by an overdry palate.

Schroppfy (2360) - Łdż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAY 24, 2011
Spicy (coriander), very herbal aromas. Clean flavors, spicy, minimally sweet, minimally bitter, very herbal. Fresh and easy to drink, very cloudy. Head dies quickly and the palate suffers a little. Luminescent. Bottle from Papsoe, thanks Henrik!
