COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Dirty off-white head over fully hazy yellow beer with an orange/greenish sheen. Very fruity nose, banana and citrus, wheat & lactic. Liquorice, mint, citrus and fresh garden herbs. Bit medicinal in the aftertaste. Extremely refreshing, titillating light MF. Excellent, out-of-the-way, unique wheatbeer. Kudos to Christian and txs to J & C!

Bottle 33cl as Vårwit. An unclear orange-brown colour with a high smallbubbly off-white head. An aroma of malt, yeast, banana and coriander. The taste is medium sweet and bitter to the end. A medium body, thin texture, avarage carbonation and a long finish. A nice wit beer.

20/I/2012 50cl bottle @ blind beer tasting "Bier van de maand" Gentse biervereniging - BB: 31/XII/2011 (2012-64) Thanks to Klaas for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy blond beer, small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, peach candy, little citrus, candi sugar. MF: good carbon, light to medium body. Taste: citrus start, sour, cheesy, sweet apples, bitter touch, spicy. Aftertaste: bit of pepper, little bitter, some grapefruit. Weird, that’s the least you can say. Typically Beer Here.
