maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 17, 2011
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours a dirty chestnut brown with a pool of beige bubbles on top. Aroma is quite bland. Orange and nuts mixed with a bland lager yeast type of aroma. Much better taste. Lots of spices followed by nuts - pastachio, macadamia. Ok but not like their other stuff fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 26, 2011

Dark amber color; creamy head. Mild aroma of caramel, and very light dust. Good body structure; malt and caramel flavor, reminiscent of American Barley Wines, but less syrupy and bold than the average; strong bitterness but without hop character. Good to drink, but not exciting.

Amber with small head. Aroma of caramel and brandy. Flavor with malt and alcohol. yngwie (17176) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 15, 2011
Bottle. A slightly unclear one, golden-orange in color and with a dense, finger-thick, light beige head. Grainsy and slightly citrusy nose with malts and some beef-stock. Hides the alcohol quite well. The flavor is citrusy and malty with a nice bitterness. Some beefstock and the alcohol is present but far from pushing. Warming though, full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Malty, hoppy finish where the alcohol finally has room to play and does so. Overall, a very nice one, although not very Yule-ish in my book. 110513 gunnfryd (15175) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 26, 2011

Pours a clear and dark copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel, bread and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with additional hops. The palate is bitterness with some notes of sweetness. Overall a good beer. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 26, 2011
@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is vegetables, hops, alcohol, some slight nectar and honey as well. Flavour is quite much the same. Big, but not disturbing, notes of alcohol. Still quite balanced.
