Maakun (5748) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - FEB 26, 2016
Bottle shared at THT. Hazy amber with small off white head. Lots of hops with fresh flowers, pine resin, lemon and lime peel, marijuana, massive dank grassy notes too. Just a lovely hop fest in here. There’s some caramel and dry grains underneath but they’re really overpowered by the massive hops. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very nice.

kermis (13674) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - FEB 26, 2016
Bottle sampled at THT. Cloudy orange light brown with a small off white head. Aroma of pine, resinous hops, fruits, citrus and caramel malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Kauge (1976) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 24, 2016
Bottle as a gift from Helsinki. BB 07/2016. Excited I finally got to try this. Pours surprisingly dark, it’s a kind of reddish dark amber, somewhat coppery even, with a moderately big creamy beige head. Head retains and laces very well. Wow, that aroma... Super citric and marmalady, tons of fresh squeezed tangerine juice, plus the über bitterness of the insides of lemon seeds, but with a warmer sweet background reminiscent of jam-covered biscuits or smth. Some herbal moments at times, can’t put my finger on the exact herb, but I know I’ve sniffed it from a jar. Very full, biscuity malt background, and citric-resiny bitterness on top. Very moderately carbonated. Good, good! I love a good IPA in a 50 cl bottle!

Henkk4 (35) - FINLAND - JAN 31, 2016
Hazy copper color. Aroma is citrus, pine and hops. Taste is grass, pine, and tropical fruits with some malty flavors on background. Medium body and light to medium bitterness for this style. Not too sweet but still quite refreshing for this style, which I like!

panzerwolf (353) - FINLAND - DEC 27, 2015
Caramel tones, quite a strong taste of alcohol (obviously, seeing the ABV!) coming through so that it’s mostly covered with the bitterness of pines and a very definite taste of hops.

JaroMantic (50) - - DEC 25, 2015
Bottle from Alko. Pours hazy, dark shade of amber. Aroma full of hoppiness, little citrus and pine. In taste the hoppiness is even more intense. Taste also features some earthy, grassy notes combined with sour grape. Palate is rich and lively, also surprisingly smooth, with long and quite bitter finish. The intense hoppiness is too overwhelming and makes this beer a bit unbalanced for my taste.

Marduk (7917) - Reval, ESTONIA - NOV 12, 2015
Tap @Poseidon. Clear amber color. Medium size, yellow head, stays. Sweet, fruity, caramel in aroma. Nice aroma. Sweet, fruity, malty in taste. Fruity and caramelly in aftertaste. Nice medium body. Very drinkable.

gyllenbock (9299) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2015
Bottle, thanks Wolff. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, biscuits and some hay. Similar taste. The finish was bitter. A good one.
