Clear deep amber color, steady off-white/beige head, lace. Light fruity caramelly notes and spruce sprout. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, almost caramelly lager, finish has some lingering bitterness. Spruce sprout is strongly present.

Slightly sweet fruity aroma. Sweet smooth, slick, palate. OK carbonation. Sweet caramelly grains. I don’t get this, it’s just a sweet boring beer. OK for a lager, I guess, but not as good as a nice real ale. Putting this in S/H/V is not justified, IMHO, as it isn’t so distinctly flavoured by whatever they supposedly flavoured it with.
Tap 07jan2013. Amber. Medium head. Sweet and malty aroma. Sweet and bitter spicy taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone mjs (7169) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JAN 12, 2013
