Good 1" head and nice blanket lacing for then entire glass... only the slightest haze... orange side of amber.... looks pretty nice.
Aroma leans towards toasted pale malts .. nice mingling of pine and spicy hops.. biscuity (is that a word?). Flavor is surprisingly good .... all around a good amber... good body and carbonation.. Lingering toasted malt finish.. Front of the palate is very balanced lite caramel malts and American hops.. pine and flowery.. interesting for sure. Drinkablity is better than average ... Much more biscuit character as it hits room temperature..
Overall, this brew is really pretty good... very balanced. The only negatives I can think of is maybe it could use a bit more body and a touch more hoppy aroma. renffisch (891) - london, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2015
Pint @ the White Hart, Barnes. Bright ruby red mahogany colour. Thick creamy off white head. High carbonation. Clean hop nose with floral hay notes. Mouthwatering and light. Smooth taste with a good metallic finish. slowrunner77 (13206) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 24, 2014
"not bad, not a standout. Crystal malts impart a nice enough aroma and a sweetness that is toffee like. hops are a little on the tame side, making this a tasty, but ultimately average and forgettable." stevoj (5876) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 13, 2014
Decent amber ale. cloudy amber with small creamy beige head. Mild malty aroma, more malt in the taste, with dry finish. Just OK, nothing special. bpreo (3011) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - NOV 3, 2013
Very disappointing, especially since this is my 1300th beer. It tastes really bad. Maybe I just have a bad bottle? Or maybe Amber Ale’s are just not my thing. I would love to try something else from Beer Valley.

22oz bottle. Poured a hazy deeper golden, almost amber, with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of toast, caramel, some breadiness - all on the softer side. Tastes of the same. Ibrew2or3 (8913) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - SEP 2, 2011
Bomber pours deep copper with gold edges and light tan head. The aroma is modest in strength and offers up roasted malts and a bit of sweet nuttiness. The taste follows suit with a good load of malt sweetness and malt nuttiness as well as a thin layer of roasted malts. Well off in the background I get murmurs of earthiness and spicy hops too. The beer seems to be at odds with itself. Kind of muddled. burg326 (5630) - Florida, USA - AUG 31, 2011
22 ounce bottle, that poured a cloudy amber color. Aromas of bread, pine, caramel, and a hint of orange. Tastes like aroma with a mild bitterness. anders37 (27588) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 21, 2010
Draft @ BitterCreek Alehouse, Boise, ID. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty and slightly bready caramel aroma. Fruity malty bready flavor. Has a fruity malty bready caramel finish.
