Pours a hazy amberish orange color, much like a pigskin. Resiny citrus hop aroma, with some toasted caramel maltiness. Balanced body and carbonation, with some dried fruit flavors. Well made just an average everyday APA. Could be quite sessionable if it came in 6 packs instead of bombers. bitbucket (2166) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - JUL 18, 2008
Bomber. Pours cloudy copper with a lacy pale yellow head. Sweet c-hop and toffee aroma. Medium-light body and carbonation. Lightly sweet taste of figs, citrus and toffee. Lingering grass and flowers finish. JK (6342) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - JUL 15, 2008
Light orange color. Mild hops and moderately sweet malt. Ordinary but there is nothing wrong with it. KAF (2773) - Coralville, Iowa, USA - JUN 27, 2008
Thanks to Skyview. Dark yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Crisp light grape taste with floral notes covering up the light fruit. IrishBoy (4254) - Bakersfield, California, USA - JUN 16, 2008
Bomber from Hollingshead Deli; Nose of lots of citruy hops and a little caramel; Hazy orange with a medium, glass-lacing off-white head; flavor is light hop bitterness with a caramel note; finish is lightly bitter.

Bottle shared by Skyview. Pours a yellow-orange body with off-white head. Aroma of floral, leafy hops with a hint of citrus. Taste is more of the same with hints of pine and grass. Bitter, dry hop finish. badgerben (5378) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JUN 12, 2008
Courtesy of Skyview. Copper color with a large head. Citrusy aroma. Very leafy hop taste, like I just buried my face into a handful of fresh hops. Bitter, acidic taste. A little caramel malt body. Skyview (6115) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JUN 11, 2008
Picked up a single 22-oz bomber from Liquid Solutions in Portland, OR. Pours a semi-clear golden amber brew with a thick off-white head that dissipates to a thin creamy head and some spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus zest, some light caramel malt, a touch of toffee and some white pine. Taste is quite dry bitter, medium bodied, with flavors of light caramel malt, pine, grapefruit and some vegetable. Finish is dry bitter with a lingering grapefruit aftertaste. One of the more heavy bitter APA that would challenge an IPA character beer. bb (9790) - Alamo, California, USA - MAY 29, 2008
Bottle. Amber beer with a nice cream colored head. Big citrus aroma over a bit of malt. Piney, caramel, citrus flavor. Medium body. Lingering caramel, citrus, and pine. IPA-light. Decent bitterness. Reid (2675) - Salem, Oregon, USA - MAY 28, 2008
Dark golden alomost burnt orange beer, with a very large off white head, thats very thick.
Aroma pretty strong citus style hopping, malts weakly behind.
Very hoppy even for a West Coast Pale. Citric hops, all through, weak malt backing, hops wear out a bit in the middle of the mouthful, then re-emerge in all their glory in the back of the throat and linger ever after.
Nice enough on the palate, nothing extraordinary for style.
Over all a nice hoppy Pale. on the verge of IPA territory
