22oz bottle. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a sand head. Nose is most sweet malts bread and some hops. Taste is as the nose with lots of malts and a nice mix of hops with a touch of bitterness. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - NOV 1, 2013
On tap at Waddell’s
Golden with a solid quilt of whites on top. Smells of a bit of butter, some grass, a little resin and grain. Flavor is malts, slight bitterness, and sweetness. Medium on thin with a low carb. Decent beer. Drinkable. It seems it has some flaws, but at such low ABV, I’m super glad to have it - needs cans. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Bottle:   Creamed honey in color and clarity, large frothy off-white head, nice lacing.   Soft citrusy hop nose.   Similar on the tongue, clean, not too big, hoppy without being too bitter.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Clean finish, light, simple, clean.   Easy to put back, but nothing out of the ordinary. Bomber. Nice pale Ale for being only 4%. Citrus with mild caramel in the background. A surprising amount of bitterness at the end. A solid light summer brew. bhensonb (15967) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 21, 2013
Bomber from Malt and Vine. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma is very light citrus. Near medium body. Flavor is mild citrus hop moving quickly to fairly strong citrus and earthy hop. Malt is quite light. So light it suggests a lemony/kolsch/breadiness. Most low ABVs seem ingredient light, but this one not so much. It’s an ale one could drink "as the evening wore on." Even if one were not in Akron.

The label says "Brewed with Idaho barley and Cascade, Chinook, and Zeus hops from the Treasure Valley". So this is a "Drink Local First" brew for sure.
Picked up at the COOP over the weekend and finally getting around to tasting it tonight.. pour shows an aggressive 2 finger white head... incredible retention and lacing... the brew itself is slightly hazed straw golden.
Nose is fresh pale maltiness and a nice background/balanced citrus+lite tropical fruity hoppiness.
Flavor mirrors the nose... very balanced and very drinkable... at 4% I could pull a few pints of this without problem... A great summer beer that makes use of local beer ingredients.
Body is light with a medium carbonation... pretty damn good given most low ABV beers weigh to heavy on either the malt or hops or are too watery to begin with.
I rarely give low ABV brews this much love, but I dig it... It is fresh and tasty and the brewers gave nods to local farmers.. very cool.
