COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop lover’s delight, this American India Pale Ale is brewed with over 1.5 lbs. of hops per barrel. As with all IPAs, this beer is higher in alcohol, hop aroma and bitterness than regular pale ales, and you don’t have to sail to India to enjoy it.

Slight orange color with a thin head. Big citrus aroma. Some mango. Creamy mouth. Citrus taste. Hints of passion fruit. Clean aroma. Big time hop bomb and not very balanced.

BroSpud (2197) - , Massachusetts, USA - MAY 1, 2013
12oz bottle from Julios. Pours a pale yellow with a white head. Average American style IPA. Citrus flavors plus very slight pine. Not very complex but decent enough.

On tap at the brewpub. It was well done, but also very standard. I enjoyed it, but nothing really stood out to me. Good balance.

Six pack from Julios. Pours out a hazy light yellow color. Fine bubbly carbonation, Thin frothy head. Flavor is very bready with low bitterness. Nothing stands out about this. Thin mouthfeel. Light sweet-bitter finish. Slightly sticky. Less than average.

fiveacestx (970) - Texas, USA - JAN 7, 2013
On tap at Boston Beer Works. Hazy gold with a wall of lacing. The nose is hopped up grapefruit and the taste is hops and some grain. Super dry finish.

tvazteca (20) - Brighton, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 3, 2013
Pretty solid IPA from Beer Works. Tons of hops on the tongue, form start to finish. The smell doesn’t seem to escape the beer well but as soon as it hits the tongue it’s coated with stickyness. Great simple IPA.

bjakk (789) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - NOV 21, 2012
Read gold, light cloudy, yellowwhite thick foam, aroma, apricot and hops. Taste light malt, fruit but bitter aftertaste that increases. With a medium lasting. Medium body, medium carbon,

hivemind (916) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Draft @ Beer Works Lowell under the name Dye House IPA, with Erica. Regular-looking amber pour, darkish, quickly vanishing head. Negligible dry-hoppy aroma. Palate is quite bitter, some grainy notes. More of a darker/more earthy IPA, but maybe very faint grapefruit on the back end. OK IPA.

3.6
thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 7, 2012
(Draught) ruddy amber-gold with soapy white bubbles and good lacing. Nose has sweet grapefruit, candi sugar, lightly herbal. Taste of cracker, bread yeast, cream, grapefruit, fairly straightforward, easy to drink, nice citrus kick with a bready linger and a touch of bitterness on the palate.

3.7
Travlr (25250) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 8, 2012
Cloudy golden amber color, thick cream colored head. Aroma of grass and meadow flowers. Taste is bitter grass and pine. Nice.
