COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop lover’s delight, this American India Pale Ale is brewed with over 1.5 lbs. of hops per barrel. As with all IPAs, this beer is higher in alcohol, hop aroma and bitterness than regular pale ales, and you don’t have to sail to India to enjoy it.

Pretty tasty. Random find while walking the streets of Salem doing tourist shit. Strong anise hop flavor. Crisp, refreshing.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Metenis briefest. Tastes like IPA, but quite weak in taste and aroma.

[2/2/17] Draught at Boston Beer Works Canal Street in Boston. Hazy golden. Piney and citric hops, malt, slightly sweetish, bitter finish. A nice solid IPA.

Draft at Logan international airport. Dull ipa as typical for larger breweries. Only the slightest aroma and hardly any bitterness. To be avoided.

(Tap) clear, bright orange colour with a small white head; aroma of citrus, jam; balanced flavour with a long, medium bitter finish

Note: 6/10

Sampled at The brewery during the Boston Brew tour. Aroma: grapes, caramel. App: clear copper, small minimal white head, some lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, medium sweetness, medium bitter finish. Overall: ouf. Glad I only have a taster of this beer.

Pours a clesr golden with a white rim that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of caramel, cereals and light fruits. Taste is of caramel and soap (old style IPA?) And just too sweet for my taste. Medium body, medium carbonation and a oily/sticky mouthfeel. OK but certainly the worst of this flight so far.

2.7
SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 9, 2016
En fût sur place. Ipa de vieille génération. Caramel et Cascade. Pin. Mince en bouche. En manque de corps. Finale amère. St-Ambroise IPA. Un peu beurre. Buvable. Rien de catastrophique. La serveuse est un peu bête et le tapis d’entrée sent la vielle lavette de cuisine. La place est désertique. Et les toilettes sont sales en crisse.

3.3
Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 8, 2016
On tap on the premise [Canal St] Pours very deep golden/copper with low beige head, good lacing. Aroma is of citrus, cascade. Taste is of bitterness, citrus, cascade, malts. Palate: Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Overall: Good
