Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy brown beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of chilis, roasted malt, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chilis that burns the mouth - too much for me, even though they are mixed with roasted malt. The finish is dry and lemony. fonefan (50591) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 6, 2011

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Very dark brown colour, lasting beige head. Some chilli on aroma. Some heat on finish. But it’s reasonably well balanced. Cracked black pepper heat rather than chilli. OK really. bpreo (2902) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - NOV 8, 2010
Oh yeah! This one was incredible, and my 4.4 Rating does not do it justice. Tremendous!

Draft at the Fenway location; advertised as "Barrel Aged". Light vanilla merges with the fruitiness and vegetal-ness to make a rather odd beer. Distinctive light burn on the finish. Gnarly. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2010

Sold as ’Barrel Aged’? 5.5% abv. Clear dark brown beer, creamy suddy head. Semi dry palate. A litlte bit of sweet fruit and then a good chilli burn that just keeps going. Not too bad for a chilli beer but could’nt drink a pint!

Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, habanero, some spices and mild roasted notes. Flavour is a beautiful mix of fruity and floral hops as well as the habanero. Really gentle aftertaste of fruits and spices. Mild burn as well, but not ruiningly strong.
