This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

~Earthy floral aroma of hops with sweet caramel and bready notes from the malts ~Pours cloudy amber color with small disappearing white head. ~Very earthy and woody hop flavor with light hop spice. Bready caramel flavor from the malts. Kinda of a muddled flavor. ~medium light bodied with medium CO2, earthy lingering hop finish. ~Didn’t really care for this one. Hop choice makes the beer taste too earthy and musty. Still drinkable. Just wont buy ever.

Bottle. Aroma: sweet malt, citrus malt but not over powering. App: cloudy red-gold, thin white head. Taste: malty sweet, not very complex. Palate: medium feel, short finish. Overall: drinkable but not great.

Rating #2369 - 2016.03.09 - Bottle from mixer @beerblast. Clear, golden pour with a medium white head, decent retention. Aroma is Cascadey hops, grapefruit, some lemon rind and a caramelly sweetness. Mouthfeel is bubbly, fairly carbonated and mildly creamy. Taste is very dry, mild vegetal, mild bleh. Think this was a dead bottle - a re-rate for sure.

Dark cloudy amber. Floral, herbal, rye, and honey malts on nose. Tastes herbal with straw. Lightly bittered.

oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 15, 2016
Pours a dark amber color. Aromas of floral hops and something herbal. Flavor is hoppy, herbal with a tart start and a mellow dry finish.

shigadeyo (3870) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 1, 2016
Nice toffee and caramel maltiness in the aroma and flavor, earthy-herbal-floral hoppiness, generous bitterness, nice dryness in the finish and overall; orange color; smooth medium texture; really flavorful, refreshing, and sessionable beer.

bnokk (548) - Lee, Massachusetts, USA - FEB 25, 2016
APPEARANCE- Light amber cor with orange hue. Nice effervescent effect from the bottom. Beauty white, fluffy head. NOSE- Clear hoppy scents, but not overpowering, and not very fruity/floral. On point for a dry hopped ale. FLAVOR- definitely has a lot of ale characteristics. Lightly malty, no overpowering hops in there. Balanced flavor. NOTES- Definitly focused on the sessionability of this one!

altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - FEB 14, 2016
Bottle from Bethesda Food and Beverage. Hazy copper body with medium tan head. Nose is caramel, malts, grainy. Taste similar of grass, malts and some citrus in there as well. Nice bitter finish.

kevinsenn (2368) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 13, 2016
Bottle from Beers of the World, Henrietta. Aroma of resin and cooked apples. Sweet mellow taste of resin, some fruit, and a slightly off finish. Drinkable.

klaing (282) - Florida, USA - FEB 5, 2016
Cloudy brown with thin head. Brown sugar, very soapy hops. Rich for the ABV but don't like the hop blend. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 11, 2016
Not a bad session ale. Nice hopping, some citrus notes. Lots of malts. Not too exciting.
