UPDATED: DEC 27, 2015 Cask at Cork City. Dark brown pour with a creamy brown head and heavy lacing. Dark malts, some roast, a bit of nutty type flavoring, spice notes and a bit of booze. Rather dry, fairly heavy malty but not really at all sweet. Long, dry finish. Fairly strong heart. Interesting, strong. j12601 (13610) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAY 8, 2015

Dmac handing off the 32 oz. pill bottle to Willrunforbeer, thanks for the share, nice stout! Pitch black with a slow deducing head. Aroma has a huge roasty character. Flavor is mild roasted coffee, charred malts, mild anise with a bitter coffee/ hops character to help balance the roasted malts. Mouthfeel is nice and full with a dry roasted texture.
