Tasty, light and crisp. Soft pallet with just the right amount of flavor. Great for the upcoming spring and summer. Well done kolsch.
On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is cereal malt light floral hop and grass. Taste is more of the cereal malts a little grain and honey sweetness. Fatehunter (2654) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - NOV 20, 2016
Pours a thin head on a clear golden body. Aroma is mild grain. Taste is super grains, mild lemon. Texture is crisp. andrewje41 (4752) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - NOV 10, 2015
Draft pour pint at the Collective in Woodinville. Clear golden pour with almost no head. Near absent aroma with a hint of grassy hop. Very watery beer, so i suppose it’s refreshing and sessionable. Heavy straw, medium grass hop, very low fruit. Middle of the line kolsch for me. A little boring and plain, but nothing offensive. After running a marathon, I may have rated this much higher. vyvvy (6988) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - OCT 23, 2015
On tap at the Portland brewpub - Pours pale clear yellow with a white head. The aroma has clean pale kolsch malt, fresh bread, spice, herbs and is pretty true to the style. It has a medium body with a low amount of carbonation. The flavor starts drier with a mineral aspect and some spices with a heavy leafy herbal hoppiness. The finish is clean and earthy. Decent kolsch. hayduke (5757) - Eureka, California, USA - JUL 20, 2015
On tap at Fat Head’s in Portland, OR. RGSG 2015. Poured a clear gold with white head. Nose of floral hops and sweet malts. Medium in body. Flavor is clean malts with a floral hop on top. Finishes crisp and clean as a good Kolsch should. Very drinkable.

On tap at the brewery in Portland, RBSG. Very pale yellow. Clean grains, light florals. Very light-- to be fair, it hard to give an honest review of a beer of such delicacy when we’re blazing through such crazy numbers of densely flavoured brews. This seemed like a fine example of a kolsch. brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - JUN 27, 2015
On tap @ Fat Heads PDX. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. Bread and cereal aromas with a slight floral hop note. Pretty clean for the most part...not too much on the ester front. Slightly dry finish with a very subtle bitterness. Crisp grain and malts. Could use a touch more hop character, but overall well done for an American Kolsch. mcberko (20442) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 21, 2015
On tap at Fat Head’s, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is light, with toasted grains. Flavour is sweeter for a kolsch, with toasted grains and lightly sweet maltiness on the finish. Quite flavourful for the style. Clean and highly drinkable. Very good kolsch. djd07 (16512) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 19, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is wheat, grain, honey. Similar flavors to nose, light, crisp, very good. Ferris (17909) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 19, 2015
Draft - Light grains and some sweetness. Pale gold with a decent white head. Light grains, honey like sweetness and a light bitterness. Nice.
