A better than average sour. The apricot is apparent more in the taste than the aroma. Light yellow and tart. Sweetness offers nice balance. Tried at Omaha’s Extreme Beerfest in 2017 with Jess and the parents.

22 oz bottle poured. A golden orange pour, cloudy. Very tart presentation up front with aroma and flavor. Distinct apricot at first, fruity, juicy, and barely sweet. Then the sour rolls in strong. Big pucker, but the flavor underneath is on point. Tasty, juicy sour here.

Creamy body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic acid, with fruity notes of lemon peel, berries and apricots, as well as floral bretty notes with lavender.

Draught @ Popeye, Tokyo. Oaky, sourish and slightly tart with some apricot, wood, vanilla and funky farmyard notes. Quite tasty and balanced.

Presentation of beer to be sold at the Norwegian Vinmonopolet. 20.sep. 2017.
Bottle. Hazy orange. Small white head. Fruity aroma and taste of apricot, lemon and wild yeast.
Not very complex but very refreshing. Lot of acidic fruit and lacto. Lovely beer.

Sample from a bottle at beer meets wood. Hazy peach color with a thin white head. Lots of apricot in the flavor and nose as well as plenty of earthy tart to counter. Nice sour.

BeerdedDave (1901) - Beckley, USA - AUG 30, 2017
cloudy, amber color; sour, fruity aroma with oak notes; nice sour apricot flavor; just hints of oak; medium bodied
