Tap at biercab. Pours black, creamy off white head that is extremely stable and has a real nice lacing. Smell is roasty, as well as hoppy. Sharp and creamy, alnost lactic in a way. Taste is full, very differentbin its hop than expected. Not sharp at all. Full, creamy, chocolaty, very full. Mild hoparoma, as well as a decent bitterness. Damn , this actually IS good !!! Can’t agree more with the text ’everything an BIPA should be. One of the very few nice examples in the style. rauchbierlover (655) - Berlin, Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 10, 2017
Cola body with a big, foamy, beige head. Citrus and coffee aroma, some resin. Taste is stout-ish: black coffee, licorice, some jägermeister. Dry alcoholic finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. esp0r (2922) - NORWAY - JUL 19, 2017

Pours dark, black in glass, huge tanned head. Smell of citrus, pine, roast malts, coffee and chocolate, some dark malts and zest. Moderate sweet, a good kick of pine and citrus, alot of roasted malts, nice flavors, some dark malts, heavy bitter, big ass resin tail with zesty edges. This is what a Black IPA should be!!!
Bottle from a bottle swap, thanks Hopmaestro!

A colablack beer, a head is very big and beige. Aroma has pine, liquirice, some lemon and chocolate. Taste has liquirice, pine, roastiness, medium bitterness that is getting stronger in the end. Medium bodied, too high carbonation. Exp. date is already within two weeks but still quite ok. Good balance between the "black" and IPA. cagou007 (1182) - FRANCE - JUN 28, 2017
Pours deep black with thick brown head. Nose is chocolate and milk. Aromas are roasted malts, herbal notes, very spicy/peperry. Average carbonation, medium body. Long roasted and bitter finish. Could have been more in the fruity/cutrusy side.
