Pours dark, black in glass, huge tanned head. Smell of citrus, pine, roast malts, coffee and chocolate, some dark malts and zest. Moderate sweet, a good kick of pine and citrus, alot of roasted malts, nice flavors, some dark malts, heavy bitter, big ass resin tail with zesty edges. This is what a Black IPA should be!!!

Lovely coffee & citrus fruit character, very smooth & refreshing.Delicate coffee bitterness in the finish.Goes down so quick it’s hard2rate
A colablack beer, a head is very big and beige. Aroma has pine, liquirice, some lemon and chocolate. Taste has liquirice, pine, roastiness, medium bitterness that is getting stronger in the end. Medium bodied, too high carbonation. Exp. date is already within two weeks but still quite ok. Good balance between the "black" and IPA. cagou007 (1171) - FRANCE - JUN 28, 2017
Pours deep black with thick brown head. Nose is chocolate and milk. Aromas are roasted malts, herbal notes, very spicy/peperry. Average carbonation, medium body. Long roasted and bitter finish. Could have been more in the fruity/cutrusy side.

You could have fooled me by saying this was a Porter or a Stout (but it’s not). Chocolate malty aroma, looks beautiful being all black (very dark red tones) with a wonderful head. Tastes malts, coffee, chocolate and some bitter citrus. Overall a quite nice beer. Cool_Bond (2676) - KUNG_AV_OL @ Instagram, SWEDEN - MAR 29, 2017
Fruity scent. The flavor of the dark malt and light fruitiness. Good bitterness that fills the mouth for a long time. Good beer but not much more. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings. ciocanelu (2539) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - FEB 22, 2017
Really dark brown color with frothy beige head. Aroma has roasted malts but also some dark fruits like blueberry and blackberry. Taste starts bittersweet with roasted malt and dark fruit notes, continues with a hint of liquorice and finishes with fresh roasted coffee beans. Medium body, medium plus carbonation. Overall it’s a quite good BIPA.
