Mosaic is one our favourite Hop varieties, so we decided to show off its characters in the beer. Expect apricot, orange, marmalade and tropical fruit tones. We’ve added even more apricots for a luscious IPA.

McWorta (1633) - LUXEMBOURG - MAY 9, 2017
Deep yellow golden, fluffy fine poring head. Aromas of stonefruit, hay, apricot, peach and mango develops. Fine carbonation, bright texture bit tangy. Crisp bright sweetness upfront with a light acidity and a balanced bitterness. Medium finish. Nice drinkability just the floculation at the last pour is a bit un-candy for the eye.
