Bottled. Cloudy deep charneol colour with solid foam. Tropical fruit jelly nose up front, with a metallic touch after.Tropical fruit compote in flavour/mouthfeel, with metal here as well. The finishing bitterness, along with the metallic sensation makes it a bit harsh and unsmooth and rough/hard. A tiny caramel feel is also there, making it feel slightly heavy. Apart from this, a pretty solid IPA, but would be better off clearer.

15.02.2014, 0,33l bottle sampled @ RBNG14:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh, light malts, newly cut lawn, hops, leafs, hay, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly harsh grassy, light malts, hops, newly cut lawn, leafs, hints of bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Doftar sommarhumligt. Bra skum som ligger kvar ett litet tag. Nötbrun. Ganska balanserad beska för en IPA. Fast ingen favorit.

Bottle (trade w/nisse666, thanks!). Copper. Pretty heavy red (light raisiny) caramel, pines on nose, feels rebust. Med bodied, soft, nice bitters. Foresty hopyness, pines, some twigsy grass. Quite a bit of caramels, some toffee in em. Finishes clean enough. A bit too reaisin- caramelly for my flavour, but otherwise a nice flavourful crafty ipa.

Many thanks for this bottle to Nisse666. Pours a cloudy amber color. Aroma of floral and citrus hops. Flavor is bitter hops of floral, citrus and pine.

Hopmaestro (1749) - Örebro, SWEDEN - OCT 29, 2014
Aroma is fruity, tropical and citrusy. The taste is well balanced, a little sweet, a little grassy and not too high on the hops. The aftertaste is semi-dry and lands on the medium end of bitterness. Solid stuff!

Poured from bottle, dark amber with a medium head, unfiltered with residue on the bottom. Aroma is strong with clear notes of citrus, pine and flowers. Taste is medium hoppy, notes of resin and grape fruit, with a nice bitter finish. Malt body is there and well balanced.

Well hopped aroma with a lot fruitiness. The taste is very fruity but has a wonderful malty flavor. Wonderful bitterness that fills the mouth forever. Very good beer that is not too bitter. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Very subdued hop aroma - I’m really missing some distinct hop freshness here. Medium body, biscuity, slightly caramellish again with a phenollic touch. Gets fruity but never really citrusy. Some late bitterness. So-so. 230914

Bottle. Murky brown liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of red berries, mango, tangerine, light caramel, bread and citrus. Taste is very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of red berries, toffee, mango and light butter. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice aroma but a bit too malty taste with light diacetyl. Pretty decent overall.
