COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the Shipping Forecast A West Coast IPA with big bitterness and hop aroma. Remarkably easy drinking for its strength, this beer contains more hops than is strictly sensible! Brewed with Maris Otter and Citra, Chinook and Simcoe hops.

Fat.

Draught (backlog). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruits, some sweet malts and mild herbal notes. Flavour is herbal, floral nectary, some peach and mango along with a quite floral and wooden bitterness in the finish.

19th Jan 2017: 33cl bottle in Red Ant, Barcelona. Poured an unclear amber with a white head. Bitter throughout, with both piney and citrus flavours/aromas.I wasn’t expecting such a strong hop content to be honest, but it woke me up and gave me my ’hop fix’ for the day.

Beer is very quietly, all the basic elements of a good beer. Only now much gas. A l’etiqueta called "strong beer with a lot of attitude and character." Well, perhaps have gone !!

Very hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, mildly sweet. Fairly tangy orange with a reasonable dose of lemon. Well integrated hop spice. Touch of tropical fruits before a light tangy citric finish. Tangy but pretty drinkable.

Keg at the York Tap. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lime, lemon, fresh sweat. Taste is more of the same. Bitter finish. Nice, if a bit one-dimensional.

Taste of keg at The Paisley Beer Festival. Pale colour. Quite hazy. Some head. Which is white.
