went for the opening. had two pints. a very approachable beer. light bitterness and very good. i could have easily drank this all night.
This was a great easy to drink amber that everyone seemed to like, it floated a half barrel in a couple hours and both main stream drinkers and fellow beer nerds seem to like it. the fact it is the only local brew gives it extra points. wasnt sparkling clear but expected since its unfiltered. hops and maltiness well balanced made this a great session craft.
This bar has alot of interesting brews releasing in small volume and I look forward to trying as many as I can. Berbatov (30) - Texas, USA - DEC 5, 2012
