Hanuta06's rating

Hanuta06 (469) - Washington, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Serving: from bottle--purchased at The Beer Junction. Aroma: peach. Appearance: small, frothy, light-brown, initial head with good lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Clear, dark-red/light-brown body. Taste: lightly sweet, caramel initial flavor and moderately sweet finish with long duration. Palate: medium bodied with oily texture and lively carbonation. Overall: not bad, but nothing memorable.

Bottle at The Beer Lady in Shanghai. If caramel were a soft drink, it would look like this. Has a malty caramel aroma. Taste is quite sweet with malt, cola, and some nuts.

Svartvit (512) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 21, 2017
Bottle at the May THT. Pours clear brown, small tan head. Sweet roasted malts, caramel, some fruit, cardboard. Meh.

Maakun (5338) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 19, 2017
Bottle at THT. Clear amber with off white head. Some apricot, cardboard, sweet malts, weird dank herbs, light mineral notes. Under medium sweet and very light bitter. Just medium bodied. Not good.

THT May at Kwartje. Clear brown with thin greyish head. Sweet and dry roasted malts, cardboard, cola nut. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Under medium body. Soft carbonation.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Savannah. The appearance is your basic traditional Euro Dark Lager. However, the taste was surprisingly good. I thoroughly enjoyed this more than the Beerlao traditional.

A weird kind of dirty aroma. Looks okay. The flavor is alright. A little sweet bit not much. Much better body than aroma and exceeds expectations for sure.

It is dark amber in color with a white head. It has caramel flavors, clean lagering, and a light floral presence.

Jorn69 (3101) - Ängelholm, SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2017
