Bottle - Had at Thai restaurant. Basically what you might expect from a dark lager brewed in Laos and served at a Thai restaurant. Thin, mild body, and good with spicy thai food.

A bottle from a convenience store in Bangkok. Aroma: vaguely grassy. Appearance: hazy oxtail soup, residual off-white lacing. Palate: light-bodied and thin, average carbonation, some malt at the finish. Taste: lightly sweet, barely perceptible roasted notes, minimally superior to the lager.

berko... you didn’t need to travel to Vietnam, it’s available in Portland!

330ml bottle @ Pok Pok(Portland). Pours a semi clear brown colour with a small off-white head. Nose is malty with a slight nutty note. Flavour is certainly malty, nutty, some raisins. Overall it’s sweet and simple.

Bottle at Tyson Kitchen, pours a dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light toasted nuts and some dark caramel bready malt. Flavour is clean enough, with toasted nuts, some caramel bready malt and a little toffe. Toasty and lightly sweet. Actually not all that bad.

Bottle from Jeremy. Dark amber, fizzy head. Aroma is cheap cola, kind of stanky. Taste gets worse, dry and chalky. Sour, cardboard.. pretty nasty.
