"In fermento veritas." Bière aux 10 épices (10 spices) BeerMania is not a brewery, the "Mea Culpa" (or Mea Maxima Culpa, the same in 75cl bottle - there is even Ultima Culpa, but that’s an incredibly large artsy glass) is brewed upon Nassers’ own recipe at a Belgian brewery. He declines so far to tell which, until he has all contracts signed and papers worked out...

Bière orangée, pétillance moyenne (de visu), mousse fine mais persistante. Au palais : forte pétillance, bel équilibre malt-houblon, notes de miel, épicées, florales, sécheresse moyenne. Plutôt classique mais des plus agréable!

330ml bottle (Laijuva Lahna, Helsinki)
Super soft aroma. Super soft palate. Gentle grains all over. Drinkability is MASSIVE. Nothing fancy anywhere, just a classic belgian ale, but it’s brilliantly crafted. Very nice finish. Subtlety and balancde is this beer’s strength.

Beer5000 (6545) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 22, 2013
330 ml bottle. A slightly cloudy pale golden body with a big white head. Nice and delicate aroma of yeast, spices and white sugar with a hint of citric fruit. Flavour is sweet, light malty, spices, yeast and light fruity. Medium body and pleasant aftertaste. A really complex version of a blonde beer that grows in taste and actually shows much more than an average beer within this style.
