3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nearly non-transpararent black with a two-finger thick dark brown head on its top.
Cherry fruity nose and aroma with brown sugar underpainted gently by alcohol and hops.
Tart and warming finish with mild roasted malts and spices.
0.33 l bottle. Pours deep brown with beige head. Nose is sweet and slighlty tart fruits, quite artificial, they are. Same goes to the taste, with only slight beer-like notes. It reminds me of cherry coke actually. Eh. Gangstergafje (1340) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - OCT 18, 2017

What is this, a fruit beer that I don’t hate? Yes indeed. Finally a nice one. The looks of the beer are fine. The beer is dark ruby red/brown, almost black. In the light there is a nice ruby glow. On top some brown soft foam is formed, with average retention. Only a very thin drape is left.
The smell of the beer isn't bad. I smell some Bockbier aspects. I smell sweet malts, some caramel, syrup and a touch of toffee and liquorice. There is also a nice fruitiness there. Not to strong and quite natural. I mainly smell cherry. The plum and blackberry are not clearly present.
In the taste they are. Cherry and sour cherry fill the most of the flavour, but the plum gives a nice soft sweetness, and the blackberry gives some additional fruitiness. I taste clear liquorice, some caramel malts and a bitter pinch of hops. Quite nice. The fruits are natural, not this artificial rubbish, and the beer also has his own character. It is not a simple fruit lemonade, but a good beer base, infused with fruits. Nice.
The palate of the beer is nice to. Medium body, smooth texture, high carbonation. The beer has a nice tingly thing, because of the sourness of the cherry. The finish is nice. It is filled with natural sour cherry and liquorice. It is a surprisingly nice combination. All in all, a nice beer. Finally a fruit beer that is a fruit BEER and not a fruit lemonade with malts. It has natural fruits and a good beer base. I like it. Manslow (1958) - Warsaw, POLAND - SEP 24, 2017
Butelka 330 ml. pite w domu, dzięki Gosia Sindy Sindyrelka. Kolor brązowy z lekkimi przebłyskami, piana mała ale osiada na szkle. Aromat jagód i jabłek w smaku jagody i trochę słodyczy. Na finiszu pojawiają się wiśnie i lekka czekolada, dobre piwo. mikkellund42 (922) - DENMARK - SEP 2, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 5, 2017 Bottle. Pours clear dark cola almost black with small white head. Aroma is sweet malt, raisins, dates, port wine and maple syrup. Taste is very sweet, faint bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and extremely sweet with notes of plum, raisin, dates, overripe pear and white sugar. Too sweet for my taste. datrael (648) - Krakow, POLAND - AUG 28, 2017
W smaku i aromacie wiśnie w czekoladzie, do tego nieco nut kawowych i czerwonych owoców. Słodkie, pijalność średnia. W wyglądzie czarne z obrączką beżowej piany. Nawet przyjemne

0,33l bottle shared with wiosna @ Vihreä Haltiatar. Pours clear deep red with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts with red fruits. Flavor is sweet malts, red fruits, some alcohol. Good. Cristobal37 (1287) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 16, 2017
Dark brown, nice head. Too sweet and artificial. Glad I shared the 33cl bottle 4 ways cause it was truly a sweet sticky sipper. I really enjoyed the fekete sor, but these weird fruity change ups aren’t my thing. Pallleon (508) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 20, 2017
Sötét szín, kicsi szénsav, közepesen testes édes sör. A különbőző gyümölcsök ízei egymást váltva jelennek meg. Finom. danielst (421) - AUSTRIA - NOV 12, 2016
33cl bottle. Didn’t know what this was exactly when I first tried it - it’s a fruit beer, alright. Dark brown color. Red wine and roasted barley aroma. A weird artificial sweetness and sour barrel and cherry notes along toasted nut flavors. Not really my kind of beer in the first place, but the sweetness is too much.
