This beer is refreshingly smooth, tasting of roasted coffee, chocolate and peanut butter. Brewed with rolled oats and lactose, this beer has a silky-smooth mouth-feel finish. Dont let the color fool you. This dark beer is easy-drinking.

Black with a thin beige head, strong peanut and chocolate aroma. Its complex taste offers loads of peanut and chocolate, notes of coffee, vanilla and some roasted malts, all dipped in lactose sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Good as a long sipper after dinner. Very enjoyable.

Cool, creamy vanilla and very slight peanut butter aroma. Deliciously balanced chocolaty creaminess. Way better than I expected.

Can. Pours dark brown. Aroma of chocolate and peanuts. Like snickers in a can. Strong nutty taste. Sweet with a touch of bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark brown body with just a thin ring of brown head. The aroma is more like a candy bar rather than a beer. Loads of peanut butter and chocolate with roast and some lighter lactose notes. The flavor is pretty similar, heavy on the peanut butter up front, it certainly has a slightly artificial taste to it. Not sure how you get peanut butter to taste all that natural in a beer in the first place, but whatever. The chocolate and lactose notes emerge towards the middle and linger on in the finish. Not the most easily drinkable beer, I think Ill have a time trying to finish a 22oz bottle of this. Medium bodied and a bit clingy with light carbonation. Meh, nice gimmick, but not something that Id drink with regularity. Sweet Baby Jesue is considerably better for me.

Keg in Brewdog Newcastle. Close to black with a cream head. Slightly artificial cocoa aroma. The taste has lots more cocoa. Moe choclate than peanut butter. Stroong lactose flavour. Some coffee. The overall feel is of an artificially flavoured beer. Disappointing as I love peanut butter and had high hopes for this.
