Pours a deep brownish black from the bomber with bubbly tan brown head that leaves light lace. Aroma of big peanut butter notes with a hint of coffee. Taste follows, a hint of chocolate in the middle. Nice thick mouth from the lactose, soft carbonation, sweet dessert beer.

Can. Nearly black, tan head. Aroma has milk chocolate, nuts and light roast. Medium bitter flavour, milky chocolate, lactose sweetness, notes of peanut butter and roasted malt.

I was taken aback by the differences in character that the peanut butter element takes a stout. As I continued to sip I found myself enjoying it more and more. The appearance is black with a light fizzy tan head like Dr. Pepper. The aroma is deep roasted peanut butter with some layers of coffee roast, chocolate, silky lactose and a bit of smoke. The flavor contributes similar qualities found in the aroma with a long pleasant peanut roast finish.

0.33 can.
A black color with a small, tanned head of poor retention. A strong aroma of toasted malts, coffee, chocolate, lactose, and of course peanut butter. A sweet taste of coffee, coca-cola, chocolate, wood, and peanuts - bot as similar to peanut butter as the aroma. A medium body, a creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly smacks of roast, wood, and ash. Overall not a bad beer, certainly unorthodox but in a good way; the peanut butter flavor could be enhanced though, as of now the beer is more oats than nuts - aside from the aroma of course which is marvelous.

Pours black with a small head. Nose shows chocolate, peanutes, cocoa and caramel. Smells like a Snickers. Awesome. Flavours include peanuts and chocolate, some toasty and nutty malt as well.

Bottle from BevMo! in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is peanut butter, some roasted malts / cocoa, Cocoa Puffs. Taste is tangy up front and has an artificial peanut butter / vanilla / cocoa taste... like a sugary kids cereal. Interesting aroma but had higher hopes for this one.

Smells like sweet penut butter. Toasted dark notes and the lactose creates a real thick taste. Peanut adds a slight toast that is sweet and extremely drinkable.
