Bomber from Best Damn Beer Shoppe. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight tan head. Aroma of dark malt and pumpkin AND pie spice. Usually don’t get pumpkin! Med + body. Flavor has smoke, pie spice, pie crust!, a slightly peppery burn. This is really different stuff, and it’s really good. Lots of strong flavors. Seems to develop a little coffee in the finish. Way many things going on in this.

Bottle at home. Pours opaque black with a large, creamy tan head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is moderate roast and chocolate malt, pumpkin pie spices, crust notes and lactose. Flavor is sweet chocolate and lightly bitter roast malt, pumpkin pie spices, light molasses and brown sugar with a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation. slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - DEC 18, 2014
just like the peanut butter milk stout, no beer at 5% has a right to have a body this good. No alcohol shows but the body (and flavor) is lush and rich. Extra kudos for doing it with a spiced beer (equally as hard). Good stout, and the right amount of spices. Surprised this ain’t getting more love. blipp (10104) - La Mesa, California, USA - OCT 3, 2016
Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. Sweet and mild roasted malts, relatively light pumpkin spice, some hints of chocolate, and a quick roasted finish. Relatively balanced, and really quite drinkable. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 27, 2014

>> Second Thanksgiving beer of the day. Pours clear deep sepia, looks opaque black in the glass. Thicker rocky tan foam. Red highlights. Webby lacing. Nose is sharper nutmeg, dusty cocoa, savory rock licorice. Taste is lighter but not thin, medium-light body, chalky dusty cocoa, nutmeg and cinnamon, ashy and bitter soil. Dark chocolate comes forward in a more powerful way than expected for 5%. No sugar. No lactose stickiness. Impressive. I think this type of flavor out of a 5% beer is impressive.
Bottle. Black beer with a brown head. Toffee and rich malt aroma with caramel and spice.Caramel and spice flavor with pumpkin and light lactose. Medium bodied. Caramel and spice lingers with light lactose, pumpkin, chocolate, and light roast.
