Dark ruby color, moderate head of foam, big fruity nose. Robust fruity palate is packed with apple-pear character, nice malt backbone, barely balancing hops in the finish.

It poured a clear, amber color. The head was an off-white color. It had some decent lacing. The smells of sweet malt, pale hops, slight citrus hops, and a hint of roasted malt. The palate was crisp with an average carbonation level. It had the tastes of hops, sweet malt, hint of citrus, hint of pale malt, and hint of grain. Overall, a better than average beer, and I would buy this again and look for it on tap somewhere.

Dark amber colour. Big head but quickly dissipating. Can smell both hops and malt in the aroma. Okay to drink if not very strong in flavour.

12 ounce bottle from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. A deep amber pour that has a big four finger of foam. The aroma is caramel malts. Those begin with an Irish tilt to them. Fruit is kind of what you would get in a fruit cake and that includes some spice. It is toasty. Finish is toffee and earth. Decent.

Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured amber with a beige head. Nice lacing. Nose of sweet caramel malts. Medium in body. Flavor is malty and there is not a lot of hops. Earthy finish with some light bitterness Drinkable though.

Punertavan ruskea olut pienehkll, ei juuri pitsi jttvll vaahdolla. Tuoksu makea ja karamellisen maltainen. Maussa mys karamellista makeutta, loppumaussa mukavasti katkeruutta. Keskitytelinen suutuntuma. Ihan mukavasti tss on runkoa voltteihin nhden. Hintalaatusuhde todellakin kohdallaan!

Bottle: Deep amber with a small vaniila/beige head. Caramel, light nut scent. Taste is the same....decent, but a pretty typical Amber Ale.....plain.

Draught. Dark amber with small frothy beige head, caramel aroma, medium carbonation, slightly salty caramel taste, thin body, medium caramel finish. Nothing spectacular, but still decent.

Beer of month club. Pours an amber color with little head. Nose of sweet malt. Taste is of some caramel, malt - maybe a bit over carbonated. Ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours ruby, thin head. Easy drinking red ale, great with food. A little bitter, in a good way. Nothing complicated, a decent ale.
