Keg at Belgo holburn. Aroma is subdued pils grains, little apple, chalky. Crystal clear pale yellow with a frothy head that fades to a halo. Flavour is very light, crisp cereal grains, tangy apple and metallic / blood in the finish. Light palate, chalky in the tongue with highish carbonation. Not much to it really. ciaranc (1102) - Dublin, IRELAND - AUG 4, 2014
Draught at Belgo Covent Garden. Clear yellow no head. Grain nose, dry notes. Flavour is a dry Belgian malt note, a touch of banana sweetness. Light body, fizzy, short finish. Grand. tomer (3521) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - FEB 16, 2013
Draft, clear very light golden colour, aroma of biscuit and cardboard, flavour of honey with a touch of skunky herbal hops, quite sweet with a strange light bitterness. Not the best of pilseners. trapped (3150) - New York, TURKEY - MAY 17, 2012
Tried it at Belgo Centraal, London. To my surprise, I could not find it in Ratebeer and had to add it. Clear yellow appearance, whitish small head, medium carbonation, flat, hops dominated taste, abrupt finish. Not a very remarkable beer.
